SHANNON — Design Consultant | Stager

The most important thing in my life is spending time with my family. Not just the quality time but being fully present and engaged.

My Passion: Teaching my boys how to live an exemplary life and walk in a Christ-like manner.

My Fun & My Faith: For me, it is very difficult to make a distinction between what I do for work/fun and how I live my life. All of the efforts and energy that invest in home staging and design is directly influenced and impacted by what and how I believe.

One of my primary contributions to our team is Pre-Selling & Design Consultations. Design Consultations allow me to help people discover their own decorating style—what "speaks" to them—that reflects their personal taste and express their unique personalities. My job is to help them understand what makes an environment successful. I also love the fact that I'm able to help people transform their homes by repositioning and repurposing what they already have.

Staging is both fun, and rewarding! With the services we offer, I am able to create order and bring definition to each space—It yields HIGH rewards. When "order" is present, we are able to experience a new found energy, mental clarity, and peace. At Evergreen Staging & Design, we call it, "The Evergreen Effect"!

 
 

 

JESSICA — Design Consultant | Stager | Buyer

Jessica is a designer, artist, blogger and furniture enthusiast who lives with her husband, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and a garage full of vintage finds just waiting to be brought back to life. As a child, Jessica's mother and grandmother took her to historic homes, antique stores and flea markets and taught her how to see beyond imperfections and visualize the potential beauty that all design styles and architecture possess.

As the Lead Design Consultant with ESD, she enjoys transforming properties into fabulous living spaces. If you have a property that needs renovating and would like to be relieved of the day-to-day interactions with contractors and vendors—Jessica can help. Her contribution to the ESD team is project oversight for retrofitting and redesign projects.


LEILA — Artist | Designer

Leila has enjoyed a solid career in design spanning over twenty years in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and Dallas/Fort Worth.

Art and design have become happily linked in her mixed media paintings which employ graphical markings, typography, and strong composition. Her work features varied, custom color palettes with a layering of materials to complement the intended surroundings. She often combines acrylic, glazes, ink, charcoal, oil, cold wax, and paper. On pieces that employ collage, she introduces photography, often from her personal travels.

When preparing original works for a particular home, Leila's knowledge of color and form translate well into finished pieces that complement each setting and bring life to empty spaces. Her primary inspiration for creating comes from nature, architecture, and unique or exotic environments.

 
 

MARCENE — Lead Stager

After 15 years in the Banking Industry, I decided to follow my passion and bring my love for interior decorating to life professionally. That love led me to the home staging industry where I’ve been a professional home stager for 5 years. It’s been a joy staging many homes in the DFW  Metroplex area from vacant and occupied homes to “in home” consultations.  I love serving people and helping clients get through the stressful time of selling a home. It’s always so exciting for me to use my creativity to help transform a home, make it beautiful and draw potential buyers to fall in love.  It’s truly rewarding!

 I’m originally from Akron, Ohio and have been married for 11 years.  My husband and I live in Keller, Texas with our sweet fury four legged child – Marty. I enjoy traveling, learning about interior design and spending fun time with family.  In my spare time, I love being involved in mentorship and enrichment programs to help teenage girls.


JANET — Lead Stager

I grew up near Madison, Wisconsin where I received a degree in Dental Hygiene. After my husband, Rick, graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa we moved to Texas, opened a chiropractic clinic in The Colony and started a family. Life was busy, rewarding and fun raising four children—before I knew it, the kids were off to college!

My passion for home design and decorating led me to the home staging and re-design industry. For the past two years I have been very busy staging countless homes all around the DFW metroplex. Whether it's staging a vacant property or working in an occupied home, I am truly blessed to be able to use my creativity and love of design to transform a home. Each home I work in brings me so much joy. Discovering unique features and highlighting them to show the home's true beauty. This really is my dream job! 

In my free time I love browsing home decor stores and studying the work of local designers. My husband and I enjoy boating, playing golf, and discovering hiking and bike trails. We also have fun taking quick trips to Austin to visit our children— and help them decorate their apartments!

SHERWOOD — Business Development | Marketing

It is pure joy being a part of the Evergreen Staging & Design team. I have spent over 30 years in various aspects of business management, creative design, and strategic planning. I am committed to working hard to develop a product and systems that will deliver to each of our clients a staging and design experience that is second-to-none.

After having spent a considerable amount of time working with people, whether that was in the marketplace or in ministry-related capacities, I feel as though I understand what it takes to deliver satisfaction to customers on most fronts.

When working with ESD, you'll quickly discover my basic philosophies about serving. First, if it has to be done, then no is not an option. Secondly, my typical response to opportunities and challenges that arise, is yes, it can be done.

Finally, what you can expect from our team is that we always endeavor to over-deliver, and we work to gain your trust and satisfaction.

 

 

ANGIE — Lead Stager

I'm Angie McCoy and for the past 12 years I've lived in Little Elm, Texas. I have been married for 22 years and we have 2 beautiful daughters.  

My love for design and interior decorating began at a very early age. At 13, I worked for an interior decorator and knew that was what I wanted to do. After being a stay-at-home mom for 17 years, I felt directed to pursue home staging. Two years ago I began staging homes throughout the DFW metroplex.

I have a passion for creating beautiful, comfortable, and cozy homes that will pull at the heartstrings of potential buyers. When people walk into that staged home, I want them to feel like they've found their forever home. I am a certified Professional Staging Expert and a Luxury Staging Specialist. To date, I have staged over 200 homes.  

 

 

CHRISTIAN — Logistics

My name is Christian and my role at Evergreen is to deliver and set up a quality stage.

I really enjoy watching the process of transforming a home unfold. As we prepare to deliver each stage, we pay careful attention to properly wrapping and installing each job. We also make sure to leave each property better than it was when we arrived.

As a college student I work very hard to make sure the the name Evergreen becomes a household name and sets a standard of excellence in the home staging industry.

 

 

Lucas — Logistics

One of my real passions is to really make a difference in the lives of other people. So, each week I get to do two things that I really enjoy in addition to spending time with my beautiful wife and daughters.

The first is, as a lifelong learner and musician, I get to play worship music together with my girls and attempt to create an atmosphere with music that brings inspiration and encouragement to others.

Secondly, I get to be a part of the Evergreen team. What an awesome group of individuals that share mutual respect for each other, while working hard to deliver a quality stage. As a part of the Logistics Team, I get to be the first to unveil quality furniture and accessories to our new clients. Seeing the smiles that emerge on their faces when they see the finished product is a sheer joy. At the end of my day when I head home, I have no doubt that I just made a difference!
